Discovery’s New Door Entry System – Important Update

We’re excited to share that Discovery’s new door entry system has now been fully installed and operational for several weeks. As of Monday, July 7th, the old door system will be permanently deactivated. Please note the following important updates:

• Old key fobs from the previous system are no longer needed and may be discarded. There is no need to return them to the office.
• If you haven’t yet picked up your new key card, please stop by the office to collect it.
• If you’ve forgotten your key card, you can still gain access by ringing the doorbell and providing the current password to the receptionist.
  If you’re unsure of the current password, please ask a staff member for assistance
• Each family will receive two key cards at no charge. Additional cards can be issued for a fee. ($10.00)
• If you prefer a key fob instead of a card, the new fobs (white in color) are available for purchase at $20.00 each. These can also be picked up at the reception office during regular hours (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM).

Security Reminder:
To help maintain a safe and secure environment, we kindly ask that all parents use their assigned key cards or fobs to enter the building. Please do not allow others to “tailgate” or enter behind you without scanning their own access device.
