Mumps Outbreak in Manitoba

Discovery received a letter from the Province of Manitoba, Early Learning and Child Care regarding the mumps outbreak in Manitoba.  In recent weeks the spread of mumps has been seen in pre-school and school-aged populations throughout Manitoba.  We encourage parents and guardians to be aware of how to recognize the symptoms of mumps and how to prevent its spread.
