Discovery Collecting Donations For Holiday Hampers For 3 Families In The Community

This year the Board members at Discovery Children’s Centre are organizing a collection of non-perishable foods, unwrapped toys and donations to share with three families in our community.

The donations collected will be used to purchase a “main meal” and specialized gifts, for the children in these families. For those who are able, we are kindly inviting our Discovery families to consider donating items and/or giving a donation. Please send your ETransfer to (payments@discoverycc.com ) You must indicate (Holiday basket) in the memo on your ETransfer.

PLEASE NOTE, STAFF WILL NOT COLLECT CASH OR CHEQUES IN LIEU OF A DONATION.

·         Dolls & Barbies

·         Arts & crafts

 

Donated items may be left in one of our two decorated boxes (beginning December 2nd); one located in the hallway near the main entrance, and the other located next to the Reception office.

Please note the deadline for donations is Friday December 13th.
